Been eating here for almost 20 years. Great staff and nice atmosphere. We always leave satisfied. The tri tip mushroom soup available on weekends is my favorite. Great BBQ for a decent price. I recommend the tri tip sandwich. So good.
Always great food and excellent service. My wife and I shared the combo with baby back ribs and beef ribs, a baked potato and coleslaw. Our waiter Mike was exceptional!
I came here for lunch and had the tri tip salad very good! The exceptional part of this experience was my waiter Matt I was alone and he was super attentive and helpful I went it he restroom and asked him to please watch my stuff and he made sure to cover my drinks so nothing happened when I was gone he was extremely sweet and I was thankful for his help. Management needs to give him a raise as he clearly goes above and beyond!
We really enjoyed Wood Ranch. Nestled in the Stevenson Ranch area of Valencia, Wood Ranch is an upscale chain restaurant vibe in a strip mall. In spite of its location, which is somewhat far from the centralized dining hubs in Santa Clarita Valley, this restaurant served better food than many eateries in downtown Newhall and town center Valencia. For dinner, my partner and I split a Wood Ranch BBQ combo and fresh Meditteranean sea bass. However, even before our entrees arrived, we were quite taken by the complimentary bread! Not to mention everything else, the sea bass, ribs, bbq chicken, mac and cheese, all were very satisfying. I would recommend Wood Ranch for an enjoyable night out for dinner. Make sure you come hungry, because the portions are no joke!
Stopped in here on the way down to Los Angeles. Don't know where to start.. The beer and cocktails were great. They offer a large and little beer. Cocktails are mixed very generously. I ordered the beef ribs and they didn't disappoint. The onion appetizer was very tasty but a little hard to manage because all the onion was shredded and then fried. This is great on a burger or salad so it served a multi use. I must say, the staff here is amazing. Stop in and you'll know what I mean . Food is good. Atmosphere is good. Drinks are good. Staff is great! Well worth stopping in this place. I looked them up and they have many southern CA locations. This one is great!
Wood Ranch is a chain in SoCal known for their amazing tri-tip and garlic rolls (IYKYK) Service was great at my most recent dinner. Though it was surprisingly busy for a Friday evening even at 8pm. Food took longer than expected. I wish they expanded to NorCal. Until then we usually try to dine at any Wood Ranch during our trip to SoCal and even buy dozens of garlic rolls to take home.
